Deluxe Stretching from DPI Art Services (also called Museum or Gallery-Wrap Stretching) has the printed image or border wrapped around the sides of the stretcher bars. Each stretcher bar is custom cut for the canvas that is being stretched. The finished piece has tucked in (hospital-style) corners and is secured on the back (rather than the sides) of the stretcher bars. We recommend that canvases be stretched as soon as possible to ensure that the canvas, inks and coatings remain pliable enough for the stretching process.
